Sly & the Family Stone brought together black and white, mixed soul and rock, preached harmony and revolution for the „Everyday People“ - influencing so many from Prince to D’Angelo. ✊🏾 🏄‍♂️Brian Wilson changed the way we listen to music forever. The pop genius used lavish orchestral arrangements to pour teenage fears and dreams into trippy songs. He battled The Beatles and won. He struggled with drugs and lost. The brightest and darkest shades of life felt as one in the simple yet complex songs of The Beach Boys and Brian’s solo work. Has there ever been an album more joyful and sad than „Pet Sounds“?
